Another failure of a day..
Today, all I had was a cup of coffee with Non-fat milk. It was repulsive, I hate coffee but I assume I’ll acquire a taste for it. I also had a thin whole wheat bagel with some butter on it around 9:00pm because I had class until late today. After that I did my homework, and then 200 crunches since I wasn’t able to get my fat ass to the gym. Why am I doing so terrible at this.. I need to go to the gym every fucking day. I wish there were more hours in the day so I could fit everything in.
